1/2 sweet white onion, minced 2 ripe, red tomatoes, diced 2 Serrano chiles, stemmed, seeded and minced 1 Tbsp. minced fresh mint, cilantro or basil 1 ripe, Fresh California Avocados, peeled, seeded and diced 1/2 cup fresh blueberries 1/4 tsp. sea salt

  1. Gently combine all ingredients. Let rest for at least 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to combine.

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
