Nutritious desserts don’t have to be hard to make, and this avocado pudding is not only delicious, but it also takes only five ingredients to make. No matter who you serve this snack to, they’ll never be able to guess it’s made with avocados, and that’s the beauty of this creamy fruit!

1 + 1/2 ripe California Avocado, peeled and flesh removed from pit 1/3 cup quality cocoa powder (100% pure cacao) 1/3 cup pure maple syrup or honey 1/4 cup coconut milk 2 tsp. vanilla essence

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
