Honey and California Avocado Ice Cream

Serves: 4

2 medium Fresh California Avocados 1 cup whole milk 1/2 cup sugar 1 Tbsp. organic honey 2 cups heavy whipping cream

Makes 1 Quart

  1. Skin avocados, remove pits, and mash completely until smooth and creamy.
  2. In separate bowl, whisk milk while adding sugar and honey to blend completely.
  3. Add heavy cream and whisk. Add avocados and whisk until completely mixed.
  4. Pour mixture into ice cream maker, and follow instructions of your ice cream maker for freezing.

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
