4 cups locally grown summer lettuces or greens
2 cups mixed locally grown fruit, diced or sliced if needed
2 cups mixed locally grown vegetables, diced or sliced
1 ripe, Fresh California Avocado, peeled, seeded and sliced
As needed Dressing, to taste

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
