Avocado Blueberry Pear Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup coconut milk
1 cup blueberries
1/2 pear
1/2 ripe, Fresh California Avocado seeded and peeled
1/4 cup chia seeds
2 tsp. agave syrup or honey (your preference)
1/4 tsp. cinnamon ground (or more to taste)
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
One to two handfuls of ice

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
