Avocado Chicken Salad Wrap

Ingredients

1 1/2 ripe, Fresh California Avocados seeded and peeled
1/2 cup Greek yogurt plain, nonfat
1 cup chicken cooked and cubed or shredded
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. curry powder optional
1/2 cup celery chopped
1/4 cup red onion diced
1/4 cup grapes chopped
1/4 tsp. fresh lime juice
2 flour tortillas large (burrito size)

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
