Avocado Dessert Whip

Ingredients

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
1 large ripe avocado, seeded, peeled, and mashed well with a fork
Slivered almonds, toasted and crushed for garnish

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
