1/2 ripe, Fresh California Avocados, seeded, peeled, and cut into quarters
1/2 cup vanilla, 2% Greek yogurt
1/3 cup 1% low-fat milk
2 tsp. agave
4 large mint leaves, plus more to taste
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. lime zest, plus more to taste
1 Tbsp. lime juice
