Avocado Kiwi Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup coconut water or more to preference
2 cups peeled kiwifruit slices frozen
1/2 ripe, Fresh California Avocado seeded, peeled and cubed

as needed sweetener such as honey, maple or agave syrup

1 tsp. vanilla optional
1 oz. protein powder optional

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
