1 cup baby spinach
1/2 ripe, Fresh California Avocado seeded and peeled
1 kiwi
1/2 cup pineapple frozen
1/2 Tbsp. xanthan gum
3 fresh mint leaves
1 cup almond coconut milk unsweetened
1 cup ice

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
