2 firm-ripe, Fresh California Avocados, seeded, peeled and cubed
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice, divided
12 oz. cubed seedless watermelon
12 oz. cubed cantaloupe
1 Tbsp. honey, or more to taste
1/4 tsp. chile lime seasoning or sea salt, optional
mint leaves for garnish, optional


*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
