Avocado Banana Bread

1/3 cup old-fashioned oats (1 minute or regular)
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 cup mashed ripe, Fresh California Avocado*
3/4 cup (packed) brown sugar*
2 Eggs
1 cup mashed very ripe bananas*
1/2 cup chopped walnuts optional
1/4 cup buttermilk

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
