Ingredients

36 Eggs, whisk to foamy consistency
6 Tbsp. unsalted butter
12 oz. Crisp cooked bacon (12 slices)
1 1/2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
3 lb. California Avocados
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 1/2 cups Salsa

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
