British Guacamole

Ingredients

2 Fresh California Avocados peeled, seeded and mashed
1 1/2 Tbsp. malt vinegar
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. Maldon salt or to taste
1/2 cup shelled, fresh English peas if not available, substitute thawed frozen peas

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
