California Avocado Salad with Spinach and Summer Berries

Ingredients

2 bags of baby spinach leaves (10-oz. each)
1 ripe, Fresh California Avocado peeled, seeded and sliced
2 cups strawberries sliced
2 cups blueberries
1 cup red onion thinly sliced
1 cup whole pecans
1 cup feta cheese

Honey, Garlic and Vinegar Dressing Ingredients:

2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. honey
1 clove garlic finely minced
1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. Kosher salt
1/4 tsp. cracked black pepper

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
