California Avocado Air Fried Ravioli

Ingredients

1/2 ripe, Fresh California Avocado seeded and peeled
1/4 cup ricotta cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
4 cloves roasted garlic (we can add how to roast in air fryer if desired)
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
2 Tbsp. flour
12 oz. package fresh lasagna sheets
1 egg well beaten
2 Tbsp. olive oil OR olive oil spray - enough to spray the bottom of the pan
1 tsp. kosher salt to taste

1/2 ripe, Fresh California Avocados seeded and peeled
1 cup packed basil leaves
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. lemon zest
1 clove garlic smashed
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
