Ingredients

2 ripe, Fresh California Avocados, peeled, seeded and cut in half
2 cups whole raw cashews
1/2 cup maple syrup
5 Tbsp. coconut oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lemon juiced

4 cups oats
1 cup walnuts pecans, walnuts or pepitas (your choice)
1/2 cup coconut oil

Chocolate Drizzle

1 tsp. butter
1 cup chocolate chips milk or dark chocolate (your choice)
1 Tbsp. coconut oil

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
