12 frozen roll dough balls, thawed
1 ripe Fresh California Avocado, seeded, peeled and diced
1 cup spicy Spanish-style chorizo link, finely diced
1/2 cup frozen corn kernels, thawed
1 fresh jalapeño pepper, diced (seeds removed if you want it less spicy)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Paprika
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

1 ripe Fresh California Avocado seeded and peeled
1 cup sour cream
1 jalapeño pepper, stem removed (seeds removed if you don't like it spicy)
1 lime, juiced (or more depending on your preference)
1 green onion, diced
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 Tbsp. ranch seasoning mix
