1 ripe, Fresh California Avocados, seeded and peeled
1 Hatch chile, roasted, seeded, peeled and diced
1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp. minced cilantro (optional)
1 oz. queso fresco, (optional)
As needed Salt to taste

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
