California Avocado Banana Chocolate Chip Bread

3/4 ripe, Fresh California Avocados seeded, peeled and mashed
1 large egg
3 very ripe bananas mashed
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup coconut sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp. cardamom
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. fine salt
1 cup chocolate chips divided

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
