California Avocado & Banana Frosty

Ingredients

1 ripe, Fresh California Avocado, peeled, seeded and cut into ¾-in. dice and frozen
1 1/2 ripe bananas, peeled, cut into ½-in. slices and frozen
3 Tbsp. agave nectar
3 Tbsp. cocoa powder
1 Tbsp. virgin coconut oil
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Pinch salt

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
