Ingredients

1/2 cup ripe, Fresh California Avocado mashed
1/2 cup ripe banana mashed
2 large eggs
1 Tbsp. butter, vegetable oil or coconut oil, or more if needed
1/4 cup all-purpose flour (if making flour version only)
1/2 tsp. baking powder (if making flour version only)

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
