California Avocado Barbacoa Cocktail

1 ripe, Fresh California Avocado peeled, seeded and cut into 1” cubes
1 1/2 cups crushed ice
4 oz. mezcal
2 oz. fresh lime juice
2 oz. agave nectar
1 tsp. chipotle pepper minced

1/2 cup agave nectar
3 Tbsp. ginger unpeeled and cut into 1/2" slices

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
