California Avocado Beef & Lentil Burger Lettuce Wraps

1 Tbsp. butter
1 cup sliced mushrooms
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce divided
1/3 ripe, Fresh California Avocado seeded, peeled and mashed
3/4 lb. 80% lean ground beef
1/2 cup cooked lentils
2 Tbsp. minced roasted red peppers
1/2 tsp. sea salt
4 large butter or green lettuce leaves
4 oz. slices pepper jack cheese optional

1/3 cup diced pineapple fresh or canned
3 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. chopped fresh mint
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
2/3 ripe, Fresh California Avocado diced

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
