12 oz. semi sweet chocolate
1 cup Heavy Cream
1/2 ripe, Fresh California Avocados, peeled, seeded and mashed

Candy Bar & Caramel Topping

2 chocolate covered peanut, nougat and caramel candy bars
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
2 Tbsp. salted butter
1/4 cup Heavy Cream
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1/8 tsp. salt

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
