2 ripe, Fresh California Avocados seeded and peeled
1/2 cup cilantro
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 limes juiced
3 cloves garlic

California Avocado Flautas

3 ripe, Fresh California Avocados peeled and seeded
3 key limes juiced
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 cup diced red onion
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
3 cloves garlic minced
8 (8 in) flour tortillas
