California Avocado Flourless Triple-Chocolate Cake

1/2 ripe, Fresh California Avocado seeded and peeled
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (about 45% cacao)
1/2 cup bittersweet chocolate chips (about 65% cacao)
1/4 cup unsalted butter plus more for greasing the pan
3/4 cup granulated sugar
4 large eggs at room temperature
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. instant coffee crystals or espresso powder
1/2 cup unsweetened Dutch process cocoa powder
For garnish, Optional
powdered sugar for dusting
unsweetened Dutch process cocoa powder for dusting
