Ingredients

1/2 ripe, Fresh California Avocado peeled and seeded
4 cucumbers cut into 1/4-inch cubes
1/3 cup coconut milk
6 fresh mint leaves
1 1/2 cups fresh mango, diced
2 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. lime juice
3/4 cup pineapple juice
4 oz. rum
1 cup ice

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
