Ingredients

1/4 ripe, Fresh California Avocado seeded and peeled
1 cup carrot juice
1 frozen banana cut into 4 pieces
1 Tbsp. fresh ginger peeled and sliced
1 tsp. honey
1/2 navel orange juiced
3/4 tsp. powdered turmeric
3 ice cubes
1 tsp. chia seeds

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
