Ingredients

2 ripe, Fresh California Avocados seeded, peeled and halved
1 cup crumbled California goat cheese
1/4 cup chopped or crumbled roasted and salted pistachios
1/4 cup chopped or crumbled roasted and salted pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup chopped or crumbled raw pecans
Toothpicks or pop sticks

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
