California Avocado Hash Browns

Ingredients

1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 ripe, Fresh California Avocado peeled, seeded and diced
1 1/2 lb. frozen shredded hash browns with onion*
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/8 tsp. sea salt or to taste
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper or to taste
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 cup prepared tomato salsa
1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro optional

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
