California Avocado Hatch Chile Sauce

1 ripe, Fresh California Avocado, peeled, seeded and roughly chopped
4 roasted Hatch chiles, peeled, seeded and chopped
1 cup loosely packed cilantro
1 lemon, juice only

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
