  generous scoops of mint chip ice cream
1/4    Fresh California Avocado
oz.  light cream
1 1/2  oz.  chocolate liqueur (optional)

As with all fruits and vegetables, wash avocados before cutting. Check out our tips for how to choose and use California Avocados


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.  Add 2 ice cubes.  Blend until smooth.  Pour into a cocktail glass.  Garnish with whipped cream and an avocado slice.

* Large avocados are recommended for this recipe.  A large avocado averages about 8 ounces.  If using smaller or larger size avocados, adjust the quantity accordingly.
