Ingredients


Ice Cream

2 ripe, Fresh California Avocados, seeded and peeled
1 1/2 cups whole milk
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. spearmint extract (or mint extract)

Coating

1/2 cup melted coconut oil or vegetable shorening
8 oz. milk, semisweet or white chocolate chips
1 pinch salt

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
