1/4 ripe, Fresh California Avocado
1/2 cup oats
1/3 cup coconut milk (carton, not canned)
1/4 cup water
1 tsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 tsp. brown sugar*
1 tsp. milled chia seeds
1 tsp. toasted sesame seeds
1 tsp. chopped green onions

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
