2 (6-oz) cartons fresh raspberries
1 ripe, Fresh California Avocado seeded and peeled
1/2 cup plain whole milk yogurt
1/2 cup simple syrup
1/8 tsp. sea salt

Toppings

1 cup raspberries roughly chopped
4 oz. white chocolate melted

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
