California Avocado Spa Smoothie

1/3 ripe, Fresh California Avocado, seeded, peeled and cubed
1 small, fresh cucumber (Persian or kirby type), peeled
1/2 fresh pear, peeled and core removed
1/2 fresh mango, peeled and seeded
4 fresh mint leaves
1/2 cup fresh arugula, loosely packed
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 fresh lemon, juiced
1/2 tsp. real maple syrup or agave (optional)
1 Tbsp. chia seeds
2 Tbsp. protein powder
6 ice cubes

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
