California Avocado Spinach Salad

1 lb. fresh baby spinach
1/3 cup thinly sliced black olives
1/2 small red onion thinly sliced
2/3 cup fresh Mandarin orange segments
1 ripe, Fresh California Avocado peeled, seeded and sliced, or more if preferred
2 tsp. lime or lemon juice
1/2 cup red wine vinaigrette dressing or your choice of dressing

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
