California Avocado Turkey Salad

Butter or green lettuce leaves
2 Tbsp. seedless boysenberry jam or cranberry sauce
1/8 tsp. salt or to taste
1 cup diced roasted turkey
1/3 cup minced celery
2 tsp. fresh herbs (such as thyme, basil, chives, dill, marjoram or rosemary)
1 ripe, Fresh California Avocado seeded, peeled and sliced

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
