California Avocado Vegan Crab Cakes

1 (15.5 oz) can low sodium or no salt added garbanzo beans rinsed and drained
1 (14.8 oz) jar hearts of palm rinsed and drained
1 ripe, Fresh California Avocado
1/4 cup minced chives
1 cup buttery cracker crumbs (vegan)
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. seafood seasoning
1/8 tsp. sea salt or to taste
2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil or more as needed

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
