California Coleslaw

8 cups cabbage shredded* (green or mixed red and green)
1 cup carrots shredded*
1/3 cup red onion minced
1 serrano pepper seeded and minced, optional
1 ripe, Fresh California Avocado seeded and peeled
1/2 cup poppy seed dressing
1 tsp. dry mustard

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
