2 Tbsp. chia seeds
1/4 cup water
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup ground flax seeds
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. fine sea salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup mashed ripe Fresh California Avocado
3/4 cup (packed) light brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. pure vanilla
1 1/2 cups uncooked rolled oats (not instant)
1/4 cup hemp seeds
1/4 cup roasted, salted sunflower seeds
1 cup dark chocolate chunks (62% cacao)
