8 eggs large, fresh
2 Tbsp. white onion diced (or yellow onion)
1/4 cup lower-sodium white beans drained
1 ripe, Fresh California Avocado quartered, peeled and seeded
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. sea salt or to taste

Smoked Paprika
