Chicken Burgers in Pita Pockets with Tzatziki

1 lb. ground chicken breast
1 cup crumbled reduced-fat feta cheese, divided
1/4 cup minced red onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. kosher salt
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
1/2 English cucumber, sliced crosswise
1 ripe, medium Fresh California Avocado, seeded, peeled and sliced
1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
4 whole wheat pita breads
Tzatziki (recipe follows)


1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1/2 cup finely grated cucumber
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
