1 1/2 ripe, Fresh California Avocados seeded and peeled
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup cacao powder
1/2 cup almond flour
1 egg
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips divided
All-purpose baking spray

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
