Cinco de Mayo Guacamole

4 ripe, Fresh California Avocados peeled and seeded
2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
2/3 cup diced tomato seeded and well drained
1/2 cup chopped green onion
2 serrano chiles stemmed and minced*
1/2 cup chopped cilantro optional
1/2 tsp. sea salt or to taste

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
