Creamy Cinnamon, Carrot, Orange and Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups 100% original coconut water
1 cup sliced carrots
1 orange peeled and cut in chunks
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 ripe, Fresh California Avocado seeded, peeled, and cubed
1 scoop vanilla protein powder** (whey, soy, pea, or rice)

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
