3 cups Dulcinea Pureheart® Mini Seedless Watermelon, chopped
2 ripe, Fresh California Avocados, peeled, seeded and diced
1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, minced
1 tablespoon jalapeño peppers (2 or 3 medium), chopped
1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp. lime juice
1 Tbsp. green onions, chopped
1/2 Tbsp. garlic salt

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
