1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
6 Tbsp. unsalted butter melted
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Kosher salt

For the Filling

4 eggs room-temperature
2 ripe, Fresh California Avocados seeded and peeled
24 oz. full-fat cream cheese room-temperature
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp. lemon zest
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. matcha powder

Boiling water
