Easy Navajo Tacos

Ingredients

As needed Oil, for frying
1 (10-count) tube of Flaky Dinner Rolls
1 cup sour cream, divided
1 tsp. chipotle chile peppers in adobo sauce, minced
2 cups refried beans, warmed up
2 ripe, Fresh California Avocados, seeded, peeled and diced
3 cups finely shredded Romaine lettuce
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar
1 cup diced tomatoes
2 green onions, diced

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
